We ship large, heavy, and/or fragile items on pallets or via freight forwarding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition (with advance notice, free curbside). We ship within Germany as well as to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Austria. Other countries are available upon request.

All customs duties, taxes and fees are to be paid by the customer to the carrier prior to delivery. For returns, we reserve the right to deduct any fees and taxes from the purchase price.
