Shipping policy

A. Shipping costs

All items are shipped from my location in the north of Hamburg, Germany.
I dispatch via DHL, Hermes or freight forwarder, shipping is always
100% insured.

Some items, due to their size, weight, or fragility, are shipped exclusively
via freight carrier, sometimes on pallet.

 

Standard shipping:

order value 150 to 500 €: 25 € I 40 € I 45 € I 50 € I 50 €
order value 500 to 1,000 €: 40 € I 55 € I 60 € I 65 € I 75 €
order value from 1,000 €: 60 € I 75 € I 80 € I 85 € I 90 €

Delivery time: approx. 2-3 business days within Germany,
EU countries approx. 3-8 business days, UK approx. 5-8 business days

For orders shipped to the UK, the customer is responsible for
any import duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other taxes or
charges that may apply, as the UK is outside the European Union.

For deliveries by freight carrier, you will receive a link from the shipping
company to schedule your delivery date. Delivery will take place at any time
during the selected day and free curbside.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment on the
agreed date. Failed delivery attempts may be charged by the carrier.

 

Due to current EU requirements, delivery to additional EU countries
is temporarily not available.

 

Orders Non-EU

To order from outside the EU, simply send me your selected items
and your delivery address by email. I will then share an order link
with shipping costs and without VAT as soon as possible.
