Pressed from the pulp of the local lokta bush, which is harvested by hand. This paper has been made in the mountainous regions of Nepal for over 1,500 years, and the oldest Buddhist manuscripts are written on this durable handcrafted paper. The paper printed with screen printing techniques using natural dyes is completely environmentally friendly.
