All products are original, unique and handmade. No two items are exactly alike and because of this there may be variations in color, size and condition.

Standard items are shipped by DHL/Hermes within the EU and worldwide upon request.
Large, heavy and/or fragile pieces are dispatched on pallet/by shipping company, so they are delivered to you in intact condition (announced delivery, free curbside). By default within Germany as well as to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Other countries upon request.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We only ship with full insurance cover.
