Rare beauty: black Buhera basket from Zimbabwe.
These woven baskets are made from plant fibers by the Buhera women who live on the borders of Zimbabwe and Zambia. They are used to store food and to transport grain and seeds from the farmland to the villages.

Large, heavy and/or fragile pieces are dispatched on pallet/by shipping company, so they are delivered to you in intact condition (announced delivery, free curbside). By default within Germany as well as to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Other countries upon request.
