Traditionally handcrafted cactus silk cushion. With zipper, without inlay.
These beautiful cushion covers come from Morocco. Each has been hand woven from agave cactus silk and cotton on traditional looms and then hand dyed with vegetable / natural dyes.
The prickly leaves of the Sahara agave cactus are harvested, hammered, and then soaked to release the fibers. These fibers are then traditionally hand spun to make cactus silk.
