All items are shipped from my location in northern Hamburg, Germany.
Shipping is handled via DHL, Hermes, or a freight carrier.
For freight shipments, you will receive a link directly from the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment once the goods have been handed over; this allows you to select a delivery day.
Delivery is made curbside during the course of the agreed delivery day. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the goods on the scheduled date.
Curbside delivery does not include transport into the building, unpacking or positioning of the item.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged by the freight carrier.
DELIVERY COUNTRIES
I ship within Germany, as well as to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Spain.
I also ship to non-EU countries upon request.
Tracking
As soon as an order has been shipped, I provide a tracking link.
Pick up
You are, of course, welcome to pick up your order from my showroom. Simply select "pickup" instead of shipping during the checkout process.

Damages
Please inspect your delivery for any visible transport damage immediately upon receipt.
If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please document the damage at the time of delivery and, where possible, have it noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If an item has been damaged during transport, please contact me by email within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the outer and inner packaging
- photos of the shipping label and, where applicable, the pallet
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim has been fully resolved, as they may be required for the transport damage claim.
The request to report any damage within 3 days does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS
Return Policy
Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with my Right of Withdrawal.
Please contact me by email before returning an item. I will provide you with all relevant return instructions. For larger items or goods delivered by freight carrier, I will coordinate the return individually with you.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Return costs depend on the size, weight and delivery country of the item.
Please keep the original packaging, including all protective materials and, where applicable, the pallet, until the end of the withdrawal period. Items must be securely and adequately packed for return transport.
