We ship standard items with DHL/Hermes within the EU and worldwide upon request.

We ship large, heavy, and/or fragile items on pallets or via freight forwarding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition (with advance notice, free curbside). We ship within Germany as well as to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Austria. Other countries are available upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping with full insurance coverage.

We ship standard items to the UK/Switzerland with DHL. Bulky items and freight forwarding are available upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is always fully insured. All sales prices quoted for the UK/CH exclude VAT. All customs duties, taxes and fees are to be paid by the customer to the carrier prior to delivery. For returns, we reserve the right to deduct any fees and taxes from the purchase price.
