Vintage Makenge basket

These vintage baskets were hand woven from the root of the African Makenge bush. They were traditionally used for storing grain and repaired with pieces of reed. This created the characteristic, beautiful details that make each basket a small, unique work of art.
A small wire is attached to the back of each basket for wall hanging.

SHIPPING
We ship standard items with DHL/Hermes within the EU and, upon request, worldwide.
Applies to bulky goods and pallets/oversized items: Standard shipping within Germany as well as to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Other countries upon request.
We ship large, heavy and/or fragile pieces on a pallet so that they are delivered to you in intact condition (with prior notice, free curbside).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping with full insurance coverage.
