"Tua Tia" (baobab tree basket): The name of this extraordinary basket goes back to its appearance: the fringes hang like leaves on a baobab tree. This tree, also called "mother tree", provides an impressive amount of shade and very sweet fruit.
The Tua Tia baskets are made in the Gurunsi community in Bolgatanga. Each curve is the handprint or signature of the weaver who expertly handcrafted your basket. We love the unique differences in each and every piece.

We ship standard items with DHL/Hermes within the EU and, upon request, worldwide.
Pallet/freight forwarder shipping
We ship large, heavy, and/or fragile items on pallets or via freight forwarding (with prior notice, free curbside delivery) as standard within Germany, as well as to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Austria. Other countries are available upon request.
Collection from showroom
Of course you can collect your order by appointment. Simply select collection instead of shipping during the checkout process.

To order from outside the EU, simply send us your selected items and your delivery address by email. We will then send you an order link with shipping costs and VAT as soon as possible.
