Original Damchiya
The Damchiya traditionally served as a chest for the dowry brought by the Indian bride to her husband's home. It was custom made upon request of the bride's family in preparation for the wedding.
Each piece is a unique creation, typically painted in vibrant colors. This particular one has been sanded and bleached to achieve a beautiful modern look. The treasure chest features multiple small doors and numerous lovingly crafted details in the wood and handles. A truly exquisite piece!

Standard items are shipped by DHL/Hermes within the EU and worldwide upon request.
Large, heavy and/or fragile pieces are dispatched on pallet/by shipping company, so they are delivered to you in intact condition (announced delivery, free curbside). By default within Germany as well as to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Other countries upon request.
