These old Borana baskets come from southern Ethiopia, once used to store grain, milk, or honey. Made from organic materials such as gourd, leather, and plant fiber, they embody the quiet strength of everyday craftsmanship.

Over time, they have developed a deep, earthy patina, bearing traces of use and life – each piece a beautiful testament to original craftsmanship.

Now appreciated as decorative objects, they bring soulful authenticity to any interior.
