Beautiful, huge basket made from old wicker, simply exceptional because of its impressive size.

The baskets were once used in China to store vinegar or oil, probably for lamps. An applied loam or leather paste protected the baskets from water. Over time, the paste has cracked and a unique patina has developed on the surface.
