antique vessel lamp - Anatolia No. 7
Tax included (EU). Shipping calculated at checkout
Once upon a time …
there was a vessel that stood in the corner of an old courtyard in Anatolia. Filled with oil, honey or water, it absorbed the warmth of the days and the cool of the nights. The circular hand-carved ornaments gave the clay its rhythm – quiet traces of work, use and time.
The patina remains, the sound of earth as well. Today, this ancient vessel carries a shade of natural linen – and holds the light as gently as it once held the oil.
