Once upon a sip, in a Southern Chinese village, rice wine rested in flat, open pots so the shopkeeper could share a taste with a single spoon. They say each sip carried not just sweetness, but the laughter of all who had ever gathered around it.
Very flat rice wine pot from southern China. The pot has a large round body, but is extremely flat in appearance. These pots were designed like this in order to stack them on top of each other. When a customer wanted to taste the rice wine, the shopkeeper would then easily spoon up a bit for the customer to taste.
This piece is shipped via DHL or Hermes.
All shipments are fully insured.

I currently ship within Germany and to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Due to current EU requirements, delivery to additional EU countries
is temporarily not available.
Shipping to non-EU countries is possible upon request.
