antique vessel lamp - Anatolia No. 8
Tax included (EU). Shipping calculated at checkout
Once upon a time…
there was a sturdy clay vessel standing quietly at the edge of a dusty path somewhere in rural Anatolia. Perhaps it carried water for a family setting out to their fields in the early morning light. The narrow rings circling its body were formed by the steady hands of a potter who knew the rhythm of clay and wheel.
Years have passed, and its original purpose has faded, yet the traces remain: softened edges, deep earthen blacks and browns, the matte surface shaped by sun, wind, and use. Today, a pale linen shade rests on top – a gentle contrast to the vessel’s weathered character.
And so this old pot becomes a bearer of light, carrying the quiet of forgotten days into each room.
