Preserving the past: why our big & heavy pottery travels on a pallet.

Each of our old pottery pieces holds a quiet story — of hands that shaped them, of places they’ve belonged, of time etched into every crack and curve. These are not just objects; they are fragments of history, too precious to be rushed or carelessly handled.

Because of their weight, size, and fragile nature, we ship them securely on a pallet. It’s the only way to ensure they arrive safely. Standard parcel shipping? A box must endure drops from one meter or more. Our antique pots — some already centuries old — simply wouldn’t survive.

We understand that pallet delivery comes with higher costs. And we wish it were different. But please know: we do not earn from transport. What you pay is exactly what we pay — 1:1 costs passed on directly. Our only goal is to ensure these pieces arrive safely, ready for their next chapter.

To do so, we work only with trusted logistics partners. Every order is fully insured, and delivery is arranged by appointment, so you know exactly when to expect your item — handled with care, from our hands to your home.
