It’s what’s inside that counts

If there’s one thing I might win an award for, it’s making sure everything arrives safely. But if there were a prize for the best-looking parcels — I’d definitely be out of the running. My packages may not always look picture-perfect, but they do their job: keeping your treasures safe on their way to you.

When I pack an order, my priority is always protection over perfection. Every item is carefully wrapped and secured, with a lot of love and probably a bit of improvisation.

You might notice that some of our packaging has a story of its own — because we reuse and recycle as much as possible. Boxes, wrapping paper, and padding often come from deliveries we’ve received ourselves. Good materials deserve more than one life, and reusing them helps us (and the planet) breathe a little easier.

And if you ever find those colorful little chips tucked around your order — don’t worry, they’re not plastic! They’re made from natural plant starch and are 100% biodegradable. You can even dissolve them in water.

So while the outside of your parcel might not win a beauty contest, what truly matters is what’s inside — unique, soulful pieces that bring beauty and story into your home.

Because in the end, it’s never about the packaging. It’s about the piece itself — and the care that got it to you safely.

P.S. On very rare occasions, something might still get damaged along the way — after all, some of our pieces travel long distances within the EU or even around the world. But please rest assured: we always ship with full insurance coverage, whether it’s a standard parcel, a fragile item, or even a pallet. Your order is always protected from start to finish.
