For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.95.

For shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat rate of EUR 15.95.

For shipping to Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary we charge a flat rate of EUR 17.95.

For shipping to Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus we charge a flat rate of EUR 19.95.

We currently deliver within Germany and the EU by default. For deliveries outside the EU please send us your inquiry to hello@mosinteriorart.com

We only deliver bulky goods, particularly heavy items and goods on pallets within Germany and to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands. Forwarding delivery only within Germany.

For all other countries/shipping options within and outside the EU please send us your request to hello@mosinteriorart.com 

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If one or more items are still not to your satisfaction upon receipt, you have the right to notify us and return the item(s) within 14 days.

These must be sent to us in the original packaging and undamaged. Returning the item is at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price of the items and the flat-rate shipping fee (if the order is returned in full) as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods.
