In my home city (Cape Town) my shopping experience has always been physical - seeing the actual proportions, shape, look and feel of the product. I was very skeptical about the whole online furniture shopping experience for my new "home" in Bremen, but have been amazed by my experience at Mo's! The care in choice of pieces, the concept of the story behind each piece, how they are presented online - what you see is what you get, the care with which the products are dispatched, and the personal follow up is the epitome of customer service and satisfaction!
